Essence is a collaborative network of leaders who work together to run events that serve the Youth & Young Adults in Down & Connor diocese. Created to build unity and understanding among ourselves and to better grasp and tackle the needs of those we serve. Essence is not just programmatic in nature but relational & organic. Realising that we can only lead others as far as we ourselves are willing to be go. The groups we work with will only be as effective as the health & maturity of its members.

Essence is an 18-21yr old event, a collaborative event put on by lots of Young Adult Groups who work within the Down &Connor Diocese. With a heart to mix and help build each others faith up. The evening event will be a mixture of message, music, fun & a sacred space to celbrate and learn more about the Catholic faith. Deliverd in a creative environment with a coffee bar club vibe with live music into the later hours; following the main session. Come, bring your friends, it will be a fresh take on faith & life in a social community atmosphere.
